LLM or above from a reputable university, overseas background is preferred;

At least 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in well-known law firms, experience in cross-border investment and financing is a plus;

Strong business development skills and professional expertise with an ability to lead a team or independently develop and complete projects;

Meet annual performance targets;

Excellent English skills in writing and speaking;

Good team player with excellent communication skills.
